Supporting Documents for a Bulgarian Mortgage
The documents that you will need to apply for a Bulgarian mortgage depend on the lender and on the type
of mortgage for which you apply. You will need to supply proof of your identity and your permanent address. For most mortgages and home loans
you will also need to supply proof of income, although we can arrange mortages without this.
Non-Status Mortgages
Non-status mortgages are loans that are provided to you without proof of income. They are particularly suitable for
people who are self-employed but who cannot (or do not wish to) provide 3-years' annual accounts for their business. They are also suitable for people who are employed on a temporary basis, but who are confident that they will have sufficient work to meet the repayments during the term of the loan.
